Sparrows class

Welcome to Sparrow Class, our wonderful mixed Year 1 and Year 2 class, where children love to learn, explore, create, work and play together. We strive to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, confident and ready to learn.

Our topic changes every half term, capturing the children’s imagination, and providing rich opportunities to excite, engage and include every learner. Through our topics, enhanced provision, outdoor experiences, creativity and practical learning, we encourage children to be curious, ask questions, develop new skills and discover the joy of learning.

We believe that learning should be fun, purposeful and meaningful. Our experienced and dedicated staff work together to create an environment where children feel happy, supported and inspired to challenge themselves, celebrate their achievements and grow in confidence.

At the heart of Sparrow Class is our desire to help every child learn and live life in all its fullness. We want our children to flourish not only academically, but also socially, emotionally, creatively and spiritually, developing a love of learning that will stay with them as they grow.
